Cristiano Ronaldo To Launch First CR7 NFT Collection On Binance

The famous soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo, who currently plays for the English team Manchester United, will launch his first CR7 NFT collection on Friday, November 18. CR7 NFT will be available exclusively on Binance. Ronaldo partnered with the world’s biggest cryptocurrency exchange in June to introduce non-fungible tokens and Web3 to his multi-million fan base.

Ronaldo said, “It was important to me that we created something memorable and unique for my fans as they are such a big part of my success.” He added, “With Binance, I was able to make something that not only captures the passion of the game but rewards fans for all the years of support.”

The initial announcement in June also stated that Binance intends to build on its existing partnerships with the Brazilian Football Confederation, Argentine Football Association, FC Porto (PT), and professional sports clubs S.S. Lazio (IT). At the same time, they also said that registered Binance users in certain countries will be able to buy NFTs using Binance Pay.

The inaugural Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 NFT collection will feature seven animated statues with four rarity levels:

1. Super Super Rare (SSR)
2. Super Rare (SR
3. Rare (R)
4. Normal (N)

Each NFT statue depicts an iconic moment in Ronaldo’s life, from his career-defining cycling journey to his childhood in Portugal. As well as rarity level will come with its own set of benefits, including:

• A personal message from Cristiano Ronaldo and autographed merchandise
• Complimentary CR7 Mystery Boxes
• Access to all future CR7 NFT drops

The first 1.5 new users to register (and complete KYC) on Binance.com with referral ID RONALDO will get a Cristiano Ronaldo Mystery Box, which may include limited edition Ronaldo NFTs.

Furthermore, the Binance NFT marketplace will hold a 24-hour auction of 45 highly valued NFTs (5 SSR and 40 SR). Bidding prices will start at 10,000 BUSD for Super Super Rare NFTs and 1,700 BUSD for Super Rare. Another 6,600 NFTs (600 Rare and 6,000 Normal) will be sold on the Binance Launchpad starting at 77 BUSD.

For US users, Binance.US is offering a free souvenir NFT for USD deposit thresholds on the platform during the promotion period. Users who get token souvenir NFT will be whitelisted for future CR7 NFT purchases.
